CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
of a user of the website https://klikkai.ru and the Klikk AI platform

By ticking the box “I consent to the processing of personal data” when registering on the website https://klikkai.ru (the “Website”), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Business Robotics LLC (Obshchestvo s ogranichennoy otvetstvennostyu «Biznes Robotiks»; OGRN 1151690101958, INN 1655343152, address: 5V Kurchatova St., Chelyabinsk, Chelyabinsk Urban District, Chelyabinsk Region, 454048, Russian Federation) (the “Operator”) my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
1. Purposes of processing:
- registration and maintenance of my user account (the “Account”) on the Klikk AI platform (the “Platform”), sending service notifications;
- conclusion and performance of the agreement on the terms of the Public Offer (Terms of Service) published on the Website, including payments, refunds and sending fiscal receipts;
- connecting my channels on third-party platforms, publishing materials on my instructions and obtaining reach statistics;
- creating materials using artificial intelligence models and storing the results;
- handling my requests, claims and inquiries;
- ensuring the security of the Platform;
- web analytics and improving the Website.
2. List of personal data:
- email address; last name, first name, patronymic; phone number, if I provided it;
- data obtained when signing in via Yandex ID or Telegram: identifier, first name, last name, username, email address, profile picture;
- confirmation of being 18 years of age or older;
- details of an individual entrepreneur; position of a representative of a legal entity;
- payment information: amount, date and method of payment, payment identifier, masked bank card number, payment token;
- names and identifiers of my channels, publicly available information of their profiles, channel access data, reach statistics of publications;
- personal data contained in the materials I upload and in the results obtained;
- the content of my requests;
- IP address, browser and device information, cookies and identifiers of the Yandex Metrica service, information about actions on the Website and in the Account, date and time of requests.
3. Actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction — with the use of automation tools, including transmission over the Internet, and without the use of such tools.
4. I agree to the transfer of personal data within the stated purposes to: NCO YooMoney LLC (the YooKassa service) and credit institutions through which payments are accepted; the fiscal data operator; YANDEX LLC; persons providing the Operator with computing capacity and data storage services in the territory of the Russian Federation; electronic document management operators; providers of artificial intelligence models, including foreign ones; owners of the platforms on which my channels are hosted.
5. This consent is valid until the Account is deleted or until the consent is withdrawn. Retention periods for individual categories of personal data are set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Website (the “Policy”).
6. I may withdraw this consent by sending a request to apply@biz-robotics.com. After the consent is withdrawn, the Operator may continue processing personal data where there are grounds set out in clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of July 27, 2006 (Part 2 of Article 9 of that law).
7. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and that I have read the Policy. If I act as a representative of a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, this consent applies to my personal data as a representative.
